Program Eligibility
Our programs are designed to serve Philadelphia residents who meet the following criteria:
- Household income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level
- Proof of income or lack of income required
- Special consideration for families with children, elderly, or disabled members
- Current Philadelphia resident
- Proof of residency required (utility bill, lease, etc.)
- Priority given to residents of underserved neighborhoods
- Demonstrated need for housing, healthcare, or transportation assistance
- Willingness to participate in case management and support services
- Commitment to working toward self-sufficiency goals
